" We visited Chef Wok on a Saturday afternoon, and while the food was ready quickly, our experience was a mixed bag. The beef chop suey was tasty, however, the chicken balls were overly breaded and lacked chicken flavor. Additionally, the egg rolls were just average. " I was excited to try Chef Wok after hearing so much about it. I ordered the general tso chicken, and while the chicken was crispy, the sauce felt overly sticky and sweet. Not quite my favorite version of the dish. The service was nice and the food came quickly, but overall, I was left a bit underwhelmed. " Chef Wok is a hidden gem in Owen Sound! I stumbled upon this place while passing through and figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered the lunch special - a combination of various items for a price that was too good to ignore! Everything was served hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were enormous! I couldn't finish it, which is rare for me. The highlight was the chicken fried rice which was flavorful and not too greasy.
